The San Diego Bay Grow-out Facility has two, 18'x18' pens and includes a walk-around platform for volunteers.
These pens have the capacity to release nearly 80,000 white seabass annually back into the wild. This facility is
unique because it is located off of Harbor Drive, where millions of tourists and residents frequent each year.
