Wreck Alley Mooring Project The San Diego Oceans Foundation has formed the Wreck Alley Mooring Project. Within this program monthly inspections are made and maintenance is performed on the Wreck Alley buoys, including the Yukon, Ruby E, NOSC Tower and El Rey. These projects include repairing and replacing damaged and aging moorings, scrubbing Yukon safety plaques, and maintaining SDOF research sites. The San Dive Boats are contributing a monthly amount to the Mooring Fund as well as several dive clubs.
